Allianz Life will co-ordinate benefits with other insurance plan(s) in which you participate.
Children under 18 years are not eligible for coverage unless an adult is covered as well.
Benefits will not be paid resulting from:
Sickness or injury occurring prior to commencement of coverage or while coverage is not in force.
Any illness or injury resulting from alcoholism, impaired driving or drug abuse.
Expenses covered under your government plan, or which your government plan prohibits from being paid.
Cosmetic surgery or treatment unless it is due to an accidental injury and it begins within 90 days of an accident.
